Prisemi PSC54XX is a series of switch type lithium battery charging management and control chips. In response to the different needs of customers for charging current, Prisemi has launched products with multiple current levels such as 1.5A, 2A, and 2.5A, using CSP20 packaging to maximize PCB space savings. This series of chips has good portability and very flexible applications.

The complete charging process of PSC54XX adopts standard four stage charging, and the charging voltage accuracy is better than+-1%; Three power MOSFETs are integrated to provide users with the lowest BOM cost; The chip realizes 1.5Mhz synchronous voltage rise and fall PWM control, and can use a small inductor with a minimum of 1uH. The PSC5425 provides a charging current of up to 2.5A while also providing a 5V/800mA boost output, which can provide power for OTG devices and charging function for peripheral devices.
