Recently, under the guidance of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology, the “Shanghai Integrated Circuit Scarce Talent Training Project” was successfully launched, sponsored by Shanghai University and undertaken by the School of Microelectronics of Shanghai University. This project is an important part of Shanghai’s talent development strategy for the integrated circuit industry during the 14th Five Year Plan period, and is also one of the core measures to build the National Microelectronics Modern Industry College.

Fifty students from universities and research institutions such as Shanghai Jiao Tong University, University of Electronic Science and Technology, Tongji University, Donghua University, Shanghai University, Shanghai University of Science and Technology, Shenzhen University, China University of Metrology, Shanghai Institute of Microsystems, and Shanghai Institute of Optics and Mechanics participated in the first training session online, exchanging and interacting with experts and lecturers from Xindao Technology.
