The third enrollment of the “Integrated Circuit Scarce Talent Training Program” in Shanghai has begun! As one of the supporting units for enterprises, Xindao Technology will invite senior engineers to bring new courses and participate in cutting-edge technology training and exchange. Students from related majors are welcome to sign up and participate!

The Shanghai Integrated Circuit Shortage Talent Training Project is a non academic key industry training program sponsored by Shanghai University, organized by the School of Microelectronics of Shanghai University, and undertaken by the Shanghai Integrated Circuit Industry Association, under the guidance of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology and the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Education. The project mainly aims to serve the development strategy of the national and Shanghai integrated circuit industry, and meets the needs of the Shanghai integrated circuit industry, Explore the establishment of a new path for talent cultivation and transformation, and solve the problem of high demand for talent in Shanghai’s integrated circuit industry and relatively slow talent cultivation speed. The project is jointly designed, participated in, and implemented by universities and enterprises, mainly targeting senior students and social practitioners in non science classes nationwide, and cultivating outstanding innovative engineers urgently needed in the industry.

1、 The second phase of the project attracted 158 students from universities and research institutions such as Shanghai Jiao Tong University, University of Electronic Science and Technology, Tongji University, Donghua University, Shanghai University, Shanghai University of Science and Technology, Shenzhen University, China University of Metrology, Shanghai Institute of Microsystems, and Shanghai Institute of Optics and Mechanics to participate in the training.
