On the afternoon of June 17, 2019, Wu Qiang, the full-time deputy director of the Shanghai Promotion of Science and Technology Innovation Center Construction Office, Fu Jun, the deputy director of the Zhangjiang Management Bureau of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone Management Committee, Tao Xianjun, the director of the Shanghai Promotion of Science and Technology Innovation Center Construction Office, and Bai Xue from the Economic Development Department visited Xindao Electronics for inspection and guidance. Xindao Electronics founder Ou Xinhua, technical director Chen Min, and others received the reception together.

Founder of Xindao Electronics, Ou Xinhua, gave a detailed introduction to the company’s establishment, growth, and nearly ten years of development from 2019.

During this time, General Manager Ou Xinhua gave a brief introduction to the company’s two major product lines, and focused on introducing the fast charging series chips and Amoled bias driver chips to the leaders present. From technical principles, solutions, to actual product applications, including customized projects with special customer requirements, it attracted great attention from the leaders present and further understood the practical difficulties and needs encountered by Xindao Electronics in product development. Director Wu Qiang attached great importance to this and immediately established a special team to continuously follow up, solving practical problems for the enterprise and helping it grow and develop.

General Manager Ou Xinhua stated that Xindao Electronics, as a native Zhangjiang enterprise, has always adhered to independent research and development and independent intellectual property rights since its establishment. Solid design, serious research, and dedicated service are the principles that Xindao people have always adhered to. For integrated circuit enterprises, 2019 is not destined to be a smooth and peaceful year, but Xindao Electronics firmly believes that no matter how difficult the environment is or how difficult it is to overcome technical barriers, they will become a driving force, driving Xindao and China’s integrated circuit industry to continuously develop and move forward.

Subsequently, accompanied by General Manager Ou Xinhua, leaders of the Zhangjiang Management Committee visited the office building and laboratory of Xindao Electronics, conducted on-site inspections of the company’s office environment, patiently inquired about the difficulties encountered by the company in its development, and proposed guidance plans, providing valuable suggestions for the company’s future development.

Director Wu Qiang stated that the government cares about and attaches importance to integrated circuit enterprises. Currently, efforts are being made to promote the layout and supporting measures of the Shanghai Integrated Circuit Design Industrial Park, which will further build Shanghai’s leading position in the integrated circuit industry. Through the planning of the industrial park, efforts will be made to promote the growth and strength of high-quality enterprises such as Semiconductor, hoping that Semiconductor will not forget its original intention and forge ahead.

Director Wu Qiang’s words have greatly inspired our colleagues at Xindao. The most crucial aspect of a company seeking development is to provide excellent products and services. Core electronics, with talent as its core and technology as its core, will continue to strive to grow into an internationally leading integrated circuit design enterprise in the next 10 years, and open a new chapter for the development of domestic chips!
